Privacy Policy

We at TMT Enterprises, Inc. are committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information collected from you to process orders and to provide you with further information and updates. TMT Enterprises, Inc. does not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others. Please read on for more details about our privacy policy.

What information do we collect and how do we use it?

  • When you request a sample or place an order, we need to know your name, phone #, e-mail address and mailing address. This allows us to process and fulfill your request and to notify you of your order status. Purchases also require your credit card number and expiration date & security 3 digit code.
  • When you enter a contest or other promotional event, we may ask for your name, address, and e-mail address so that we can administer the contest and notify the winners.
  • We may also use the information we collect to occasionally notify you about important changes to our web site, new products or services, and special offers we think you'll find valuable. If you would rather not receive this information, contact our customer service and we will make sure that your preferences for each account or e-mail address will be changed as required by you. A number of companies offer utilities designed to help you visit web sites anonymously.

How does TMT Enterprises, Inc. protect customer information?

You place orders with TMT Enterprises, Inc. via a secure server. The Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol encrypts all information you input, before it is sent to us. Furthermore, all of the customer data we collect is protected against unauthorized access.

While we use SSL encryption to protect sensitive information online, we also do everything in our power to protect user information off-line. All of our users’ information, not just the sensitive information mentioned above, is restricted in our offices. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, our billing clerk or a customer service representative) are granted access to personally identifiable information. Employees must enter their password to gain access to user information. Finally, the servers that store personally identifiable information are in a high-security environment at our co-location facility.

Also we reveal only the last five digits of your credit card numbers when confirming an order. Of course, we transmit the entire credit card number to the appropriate credit card company during order processing.

What about "cookies"?

"Cookies" are small pieces of information that are stored by your browser on your computer's hard drive. Our cookies do not contain any personal information, but they do enable us to provide features such as 1-Click shopping and storing items in your shopping cart between visits. Most Web browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can usually change your browser to prevent that. Even without a cookie, you can still use most of the features in our website, including your shopping cart.

The Help portion of the toolbar on most browsers will tell you how to prevent your browser from accepting new cookies, how to have the browser notify you when you receive a new cookie, or how to disable cookies altogether. However, cookies allow you to take full advantage of some of TMT Enterprises, Inc.'s unique features, and we recommend that you leave them turned on.

Will TMT Enterprises, Inc. disclose the information it collects to outside parties?

Information about our customers is an important asset of our business, and we are not in the business of selling, trading, or renting your personal information to others. We share customer information only as described below:

Agents: We use other companies and individuals to perform functions on our behalf. Examples include delivering packages, sending postal mail and e-mail, processing credit card payments, fulfilling orders, and providing customer service. They have access to personal information needed to perform their functions, but may not use it for other purposes.

Business Transfers: As we continue to develop our business, we might sell or buy stores, subsidiaries, or business units. In such transactions, customer information generally is one of the transferred business assets but remains subject to the promises made in any pre-existing Privacy Notice (unless, of course, the customer consents otherwise). Also, in the unlikely event that TMT Enterprises, Inc. or substantially all of its assets are acquired, customer information will, of course, be one of the transferred assets.

Protection of TMT Enterprises, Inc. and Others: We release account and other personal information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law wherein we have a good-faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with a current judicial proceeding, a court order or legal process served on our Website; enforce or apply our Terms and Conditions and other agreements; or protect the rights, property, or safety of TMT Enterprises, Inc., our users, or others. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organizations for fraud protection and credit risk reduction. Obviously, however, this does not include selling, renting, sharing, or otherwise disclosing personally identifiable information from customers for commercial purposes in violation of the commitments set forth in this Privacy Notice.

Protection of Children's Personal Information

TMT Enterprises, Inc. is a general audience site and does not knowingly collect any personal information from children.
